This notice explains what information the QSA: 50 Years on Stage website collects, why, who handles it and how long it is kept. The event is presented by Lahmad Concepts, which is responsible for your information. The website and reservation system are run for Lahmad Concepts by 1204Studios.
Ticketing and reservations
When you reserve a seat or table, we collect your name, email address and phone number, and, if you give them, your company name and the names, email addresses and phone numbers of your guests. We use this information to manage your reservation, take payment, send your tickets and updates about the event, and admit you and your guests on the night.
Please tell your guests before you give us their details. A guest whose email address you give will receive their own ticket.
Who handles your information
- Paystack processes payments, which are collected by 1204Studios on behalf of Lahmad Concepts and passed on to them. Your card or bank details go directly to Paystack; neither of us ever sees or stores them.
- Supabase stores reservations and guest lists.
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the booking form is being used by a person, not an automated program.
- Upstash briefly holds your IP address and a scrambled form of your email address to limit repeated attempts. These records expire within an hour.
These providers may store data on servers outside Nigeria, under appropriate safeguards. A small team at Lahmad Concepts and 1204Studios can see reservations. Door staff see only what they need to admit guests: names, table and ticket type, and whether someone has checked in.
How long we keep it
We delete names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names and guest lists 60 days after the event. We keep basic transaction records, such as the booking reference, what was bought, the amount paid and the date, for accounting.
Browsing the website
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you choose a language, or close the cookie notice, that choice is saved in your browser. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you: it records the page viewed, the referring site, and your browser, device type and country. Ticket, guest-list and staff pages are never included. Like any website, our host records technical information such as IP addresses to keep the site running securely. The music page embeds players from Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and Audiomack; a player is only loaded when you press play on a track, and from that point the service you chose receives your visit and applies its own privacy policy. YouTube is loaded through its privacy-enhanced player, which sets nothing until you play something.

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email bookings@queensalawaabeni.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
