These terms apply when you reserve a seat or table for QSA: 50 Years on Stage, 18 October at Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos. The event is presented by Lahmad Concepts (“we”, “us”). By completing a reservation you agree to them. How we use your details is explained in our Privacy Notice.
Reservations and payment
- Prices are shown in Nigerian naira and include everything you pay us. Your bank or card provider may add its own charges.
- Payment is processed by Paystack and collected by 1204Studios, which runs ticketing for Lahmad Concepts and passes the money on to them. Your payment may therefore show 1204Studios or QSA50 on your statement. Lahmad Concepts remains responsible for the event and for your reservation.
- Starting checkout holds your seats for a short time; if payment is not received before the hold ends, the seats are released and the reservation lapses.
- A reservation is confirmed only when we email you a confirmation with your booking reference. If a payment reaches us after the seats have gone to someone else, we will review it and contact you.
- We only take payment through this website’s checkout. We will never ask you to pay by email, phone call or direct message.
Your ticket
- Each ticket carries a QR code that admits one guest, once. Anyone holding a copy of the code can use it first, so please do not share it or post it online.
- If you reserve more than one seat, you are responsible for the guest details you give us and for telling your guests that you have shared them. Guests with an email address receive their own ticket.
- Tickets may not be resold. Tickets bought from anyone other than us may not be valid, and we cannot honour them.
- Table numbers are assigned by us and may be confirmed after booking.
Cancellations and refunds
Reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded once paid, except as set out here. If we cancel your reservation, or cancel the event, we will refund what you paid. If the event is postponed or moved, your reservation carries over to the new date or venue; if you cannot attend it, email bookings@queensalawaabeni.com within 14 days of our announcement to ask for a refund.
Changes to the event
The running order, performers and programme may change. We will tell you by email about any significant change to the date, time or venue.
At the event
Please bring your ticket on your phone or printed. The venue’s own rules and security checks apply, and we or the venue may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose behaviour puts others at risk. Photography and filming may take place on the night, and you may appear in pictures used to record and share the celebration.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Nigerian consumer protection law. Beyond those rights, our responsibility to you for any reservation is limited to the amount you paid for it.
